Instructional Design for a Multi-Generational Audience
Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (CDT)
Argenta Branch Library
Reality: Most organizations have four (and sometimes five) distinct generations working together. Each generation brings its own unique set of skills and values to the workplace. There are differences in how generations learn and prefer to be taught.....
Why Should You Attend? We'll discuss ways to create a broad-based, multi-generational training strategy. Our aim is to build bridges across the generation gaps in your organization that allow you to bring out the best in every employee. The discussion will include strategy, tools, assessments, and watchouts. Lunch is included!!
Our Facilitator: Jason Jolley from FranklinCovey. He's the current FranklinCovey rep for Arkansas. Jason has been active in the training and development world for close to ten years. Jason has been an active member of our ATD Chapter for several years.
